Broker & Lead Property Manager

Nestor is the licensed broker behind SF Peninsula Property Management and the person responsible for how every property under our care is run.
He leads owner relationships directly — the rental analysis, the management plan, and the decisions that carry real money. Owners who work with us deal with the broker, not a queue.
Leasing & Marketing Manager
Angelo runs leasing end to end: pricing a vacancy against real comparables, getting it photographed and listed properly, handling inquiries fast, and screening every applicant against the same written criteria.
He also manages how our listings are presented across the platforms renters actually use — the work that decides whether a unit leases in two weeks or six.
Maintenance Coordinator & Compliance
Anna coordinates every maintenance request the day it arrives, dispatches licensed and insured vendors, and keeps work inside the approval limits each owner sets.
She also holds the compliance calendar — registration deadlines, notice requirements, inspection schedules and deposit timelines. Most owner exposure comes from something being missed, and this is the role that stops that happening.
Managing roughly 200 units with three people means every one of us holds real knowledge about every property: which building has the failing sewer lateral, which resident has been there fourteen years, which unit shows badly in the afternoon.
That knowledge does not survive high caseloads or frequent handovers, which is why we have not chased scale for its own sake.
