Our commitment
SF Peninsula Property Management is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We also take our fair housing obligations seriously, and access to housing information is part of that.
Standard
This site is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What that means here
- Semantic HTML structure with one clear heading hierarchy per page
- Full keyboard operability, including navigation menus, with a visible focus indicator throughout
- A skip-to-content link at the start of every page
- Text and interface colors meeting AA contrast ratios in both light and dark display modes
- Descriptive labels on every form field, with errors identified in text rather than by color alone
- Meaningful alternative text on images that convey information
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use on a phone
- Respect for the reduced-motion preference; no autoplaying audio or video
- Content that reflows without horizontal scrolling at standard zoom levels
Known limitations
Our owner portal, resident portal and rental listings are hosted by a third-party property management platform. We do not control that platform’s accessibility, and we will state its conformance here once the platform is selected. If you encounter a barrier there, contact us and we will help you complete whatever you were trying to do.
