How engagement works
Built for your property, not from a schedule
We build a management plan for the specific property: scope, fees, approval limits, reporting schedule and leasing criteria, all set out in writing before you sign anything.
If a property is not a good fit for our firm, we say so at that stage rather than after. That happens occasionally and it is better for everyone.
Common engagements
- Full-service management — everything from leasing through reporting.
- Leasing and placement only — for owners who self-manage but want leasing handled properly.
- Portfolio management — consolidated reporting across multiple properties.
- Transition from another manager — records and deposits audited, residents notified, channels moved.
Free Rental Analysis
Find out what your property should rent for
A rental analysis gives you a supported rent range for your specific property, the comparable leases behind it, and a straight assessment of what would move that number. No obligation, and no pressure to sign anything.
Schedule a Consultation
Let’s talk about your property
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we’re the right fit. We’ll ask about the property, what’s working and what isn’t, and tell you honestly what we would do differently.
